The Becoming Adult project is looking for short videos of young unaccompanied migrants and refugees in Europe for a new music video for a song featuring acclaimed the Piccola Orchestra di Tor Pignattara. The song is about migrant and refugee young people’s experiences of becoming adult in Europe.
The deadline for these short videos is Friday 8th December. Please send them via email to jenny.allsopp@spi.ox.ac.uk or via our project twitter @Becoming_Adult.
A mobile phone video will do! Please take them horizontally and remember to ask for consent from people in the shots.
The videos should depict something about your everyday life where you live now: something you love or enjoy, something about your friends, the city/country/place you live, you and your life, or a message related to the theme of being a young (migrant) person living in Europe – or anywhere in the world – today.
It could just be dancing or studying or working, hanging out with friends – anything really 🙂
The final video will be uploaded to our website and Youtube in December.
